If you did not receive confirmation of your purchase but were charged for the PDF, it is even more likely that your email was input incorrectly! As stated in the previous update, we have had numerous emails bounce back because of them being typed in incorrectly. Please do not open a case about it as it is likely that you have input your email incorrectly.
